The service is carried out by a professional commercial coffee machine engineer at our workshop near Bath UK.
The mechanics of the machine are removed dismantled and deep cleaned. The solenoid is also dismantled, descaled and cleaned with the nucleus replaced before re assembling. For further details read more at our service centre page
You are welcome to drop off and collect your machine from our workshop or send your machine in using a courier service of your choice. We would recommend DHL or Parcelforce booked through the Parcel2go web portal. If you would like us to post back your machine please choose return post at checkout.
