We have had experiences (though rare) of machines dated up to December 2001 that are still fitted with the pre millennium group head, so do check yours before ordering.
Silicone seals are easier to fit have a better seal and longer life, than the standard EPDM types. Be gentle when fitting them though as they can tear. Do not use anything sharp to fit or adjust them.
